The Coen brothers introduced their brilliant style of filmmaking with their debut "Blood Simple." Their movies are typically violent and gritty, and often comedic (not much comedy here though), "Blood Simple" starts as a simple tale (pun intended) of revenge that spirals in all the wrong ways.
