Review of Blood Simple (1985) by Jake A — 11 Nov 2012
A fine debut by the Coen brothers' that shows off what better things are to come from their long and eventful career. With a good cast, some laughs, plenty of violence, an awesome soundtrack, a neat script and a good ending this is a movie that is a really good effort but it is not spectacular, unlike their later work.
