Low Budget Movie. That alone does not say anything but it seems like someone also cut back on the writing. The story could be told in less than 2 minutes and most of it does not even make sense. All in all it has a few moments when it seems to get interesting, only to let it pass without anything happening a moment later.
I wish I had not wasted my time with it.
