I didn't watch this shitty dubbed copy that the picture shows. I had to get the hk copy off ebay. This was pretty great. It had a different style than a lot of hk action flicks. I guess that it wasn't really a hk movie, but all about 30's shanghai.

well anyway. I liked it. Hopefully this director will keep doing good stuff. Why the hell does this dvd copy only have the english dubbing. that is bizarre, labels stopped doing that a few years ago.
