Romania and wolf people. Not bad, really, but not much there if you must have character development with your wolf people. Better than the other Romanian thing I watched earlier, High Plains Invaders, in which bugs from outer space come to prospect in the 1800s U.
S. West for uranium to get them high. Now THAT was a stinker.
