Review of Blood and Chocolate (2007) by Jacob P — 20 Jul 2011
A sympathetic portrayal of werewolves living in current society (albeit in Europe, not USA). Good chemistry between Bruckner and Dancy; the acting on all parts is decent but not noteworthy. The story drew me in, and the transformation scenes were beautiful, almost as if an ascension was taking place, which is unusual in today's era of CGI where you get every inch of the change documented. This different take on werewolves is recommended viewing.
