Review of Black Swan (2010) by Paul W — 06 May 2013
There's a lot of brilliance in this movie, but the biggest stroke of genius is the ambiguity. I don't care how many times you re-watch it, you are never going to able to definitively say which parts are 'real' and which parts of it exist solely inside poor Nina's head.
The first time you watch, the twists keep you reeling, and all the rest of the time's you watch, you'll just keep trying to figure out: is that real, or part of the delusion?
