Review of Black Pond (2011) by Matt M — 12 Jan 2013
A typical British family is labelled as murderers after a guest dies at their dinner table and a scheming psychotherapist leaks the story to opportunist reporters. Sometimes witty and intelligent, though its style goes from being interesting to rather pretentious and tiring and the screenplay is unnecessarily hard to follow and watered down.
