A wonderful heartfelt movie that surely reflects real life for many children of mixed race background. Anyone who has struggled in the midst of family matters/arguments or has experienced a loss forcing them into a new role can relate to this film.
As the description mentions it also deals with forgiveness and the power of love... The movie has a slow start but unfolds well. Overall, I recommend this film. Perhaps not to very young children as there is some cursing, but overall nothing extreme.
The girl who plays Eloise is adorable and I wish the best for her as a little actress. Bring a friend, family member or significant other to enjoy this story portrayed by a dynamic cast. P.s. I LOVE the judge in this movie.
She is a kick!
