Review of Black or White (2015) by Holly E — 19 Aug 2015
It's all about race or is it? Is it about being about to put down the alcohol and drugs and tend to the needs of a girl left without a mother or a grandmother who acted as a mother? This movie posed those same questions.
It made me ponder my own life. Had I been brought up under different circumstances would I have flourished as this girl had. Probably so. One common denominator in both worlds was love. That I did not have from either side, maybe that's why I didn't flourish.
It hits those big questions, for that it is a good movie and one to watch.
