Review of Black or White (2015) by Daniel V — 19 Feb 2015
Cliched and predictable but still very enjoyable. I'll put it like this, if you like Kevin Costner and Octavia Spencer, you will like this. I happen to be a fan of both. Costner has been one of my favorite actors since Robin Hood and sweet Octavia since she told Peter Parker that there was "No featherweight division, small fry" in Sam Raimi's Spider-Man.
All that being said, the real star here is newcomer, Jillian Estell. She is so adorable and good that you can 100% understand why her two surviving grandparents are fighting over custody. Also, read some of these reviews that are considered "Splats" Not exactly who decides that here on RT but they get it wrong sometimes too.
This grade should be closer to 60-62.
