Review of Black Christmas (2006) by Gary G — 18 Dec 2009
(1 star out of 5)The people involved with putting this film together squandered an amazingly talented cast who could have done wonders with a coherent script. This thrill-less horror film is filled with mechanical death sequences, uninteresting characters I couldn't care less about, boring subplots, and a whole bunch of random eye-ball pluckings leaving you wondering how you can get the last 100 minutes of your life back.
The killer's motivations don't even ring true or make any sense. After seeing the original the night before, you can say I was majorly bummed with this "effort". What a waste of film.
