An asian Lou Ferigno teams up with his inbred sister who looks like Sebastian Bach to murder girls. Plus there are various subplots that don't do anything, like a guy who tapes himself having sex with girls.
Does it do anything for the story? No. Does it make me think of taping myself having sex with Michelle Trachtenberg? Possibly. Overall don't rent it, even if you're renting it if only to rub one out to Harriet the spy, because you'd be grasping at straws with this one.
Plus the story is incredibly thin, so questionable it makes Slumber Party Massacre look like a fucking documentary.
