Black Book is a provocative and thought-provoking film of breathtaking sweep and intensity. It grabs you from minute one and refuses to let go. It can be erotic one moment and disturbing the next. Few times before has a film made me feel so much - happy, sad, aroused, angry- you name it, you'll feel it.
A truly powerful film.
