Review of BitterSweet (1999) by Brendan P — 12 Dec 2007
This film has your typical revenge plot only in this one the lead is a woman. Angie Everhart is suprizingly good as college student who is into a robbery and then double-crossed by her boyfriend. She gets out of jail four years later and immediatly seeks revenge.
She is help out by cop James Russo who has a simular agenda. Eric Roberts has a small supporting role as a mob boss who set the whole thing up. Good, not great movie but, has a decent cast to keep it floating.
A cheesey B-movie but fun to watch.
