One my favourite Polanski films - a moving and gritty portrayal of relationships, cleverly made, with injections of wit. Tremendous performances from Emmanuelle Seigner, Hugh Grant and Peter Coyote make Bitter Moon a film to trigger all kinds of emotion; but ultimately a twisted, obsessive, destructive love story.
