Review of Birth (2004) by José D — 22 Jul 2010
Neat in the way it explores how two people in the same relationship may view their bond in drastically different ways. Perfectly photographed too. For reasons intentional or not, the movie seems to fizzle out like a soda slowly going flat.
There's an unsettling, willful lack resolve, and the film leaves off on one of the most chilling, beautiful, communicative images I can recall. But hey, Birth. Fur called, it wants its font back.
