Great movie concerning Robert Stroud, the "Birdman," whose story is told through the eyes of Tom Gaddis (you have to read the book by Gaddis--fantastic!). It is a fascinating tale of the prison system, rehabilitation and the endurance of the human spirit and what it can accomplish with grit and determination.
