Review of Berberian Sound Studio (2012) by Paul J — 04 Dec 2012

The most irritating film I've seen in a while. Despite having a promising premise and a fascinating lead actor, the end result becomes a frustrating and redundant mess. It's the same note over and over again with (ironically) the worst sound mix ever.

Or perhaps the theater I watched it in was too loud. Either way, it was excruciating to watch and I couldn't wait for it to be over.
