Review of Berberian Sound Studio (2012) by Sarah C — 09 Oct 2013
Very well done psychological thriller that pays tribute to the giallo films of the 70's and has hints of Brian De Palma's 70s/80s films too (Blow Out in particular). It's a bit too slowly paced and the ending was a bit abrupt but if I see a movie and the first thing I think is, "I want more," then the film's doing something right.
