Review of Beowulf & Grendel (2005) by Ramona P — 15 Sep 2008

Updated version of the poem "Beowulf" that I enjoyed. Even though this movie isn't true to the original story is quite well done. I liked the wierdness and beutifulness of Iceland, the cinematography was good, as well as the actors.

Gerard Butler was marvelous as Beowulf and the actor who played Grendel, Ingvar Sigurdsson, does well his role, even though it has no dialogue. I didn't like that the f-word was used way to much.
