Review of Ben-Hur (2016) by Movie3 — 14 Jul 2018

One of the most unnecessary remakes of all time. Ben-Hur 1959 is like one of the best movies ever and didn't need a remake. And it's sad to say that, cause in it's own right it's actually decent. It has the production value that I wish was in more faith based films and had a good way of telling the story.

..but the last 15 minutes was completely rushed (stuffing the last hour of story in the original into that span of time) that the turning around/forgiveness pretty much doesn't make sense. Good try...but again, totally unnecessary.
