Review of Beatriz at Dinner (2017) by Sylvi Ana C — 08 Jul 2017
I agree with a lot of the viewers. a great movie. Great acting and honest portrayal of the political era we live in today. But it's ashame that the main character, Beatriz, felt so strong about her convictions and stood firmly on her beliefs against all of those rich, white, entitled people.
Only to make that untimely decision in the end. It did not mesh with the character's strength that she held through the whole movie. The audience booed at the end. Waste of time and money.
