This is a terrifically topical.
Picture with excellent true to life portrayals of Billie Jean and Bobby Riggs by Emma Stone and Steve Carell . Its a funny , poignant dramedy that doesn't fall into the traps that biopics like this too often do.
Despite a few sexy lesbian scenes that are integral to the sublplot, its a picture to see with your kids and talk about how times have changed - thanks in large part to King's courageous stand- and how much they have not.
