Dear lord. This was painful to watch. As some of the critics pointed out, one really wishes to see LA decimated and have some spectacular visuals, but B:LA fails even at that. Horrible screenplay, paper-thin dialogue, mediocre visual effects and rather bad acting across the board.

Pointless story, mediocre visuals, poor acting: there is really not that much to look forward to in this film. Definitely a waste of time, but it was not absolutely abhorring, so it can get a 2. But even that is being rather generous.
