Review of Batman: The Killing Joke (2016) by Bily T — 25 Jul 2016
Was expecting more out of this since the comic was so highly rated when released. The 30 minute prologue about Barbara ruined the film for me. The addition of Batgirl and Batman's sexual relationship was highly unnecessary.
It was included to "strengthen" Batgirl's character, however, I felt like it only belittled her and gave her the image of a little girl with a crush on Batman.
