Review of Batman: The Killing Joke (2016) by Josh K — 16 Mar 2018
An excellent adaptation of the graphic novel, some times you will forget you are watching a movie and not actually reading the comic. Some may see this as a bad thing and might have expected a different story in theaters but this stays almost exactly on track with the comics, give or take some bat sex.
Mark Hamill does it again as the Joker and steals the show. His portrayal is heart breaking and hilarious when it needs to be, then sometimes frightening, even if it is only voice acting. For a cartoon film with not much attention this gem will likely fly under the radar.
