The tone is all over the place. It's like three different types of animated Batman movies competing for screen time. Several are good, but you can't readjust to any of them once they start switching it up by the scene.
There are some worthwhile moments but on the whole, Batman and Harley Quinn should've stuck to one, maybe two of the tones and saved the rest for other animated ventures. And the ending is unforgivable.
