Review of Basic Instinct 2 (2006) by Alexis C — 09 May 2008
Well Sharon looked good still but too bad she lost the charm that made Trammell so deliciously seductive in the first one. There's one scene where she is talking about all the nasty things the psychiatrist has fantasized doing with her where she sounds like she is reprimanding him rather than seducing him.
It just came off all wrong. The plot was kind of a mess too. With a better director this might have stood a chance. As is it's not a necessary see at all.
