What a suprise this was. What a great performance from Paul Giamatti as well. I didn't expect such a great film. Things that I liked in particular were 1. the humour - I love the self depracating jokes that Barney says during his life.
Nice to see that he's a ice hockey fan which is a nice change from the usual way. Love the way he picks up his 3rd wife at his wedding reception with his 2nd wife. Supporting performances are great, in particular Dustin Hoffman who plays barney's father.
This is a very human story of one particular person and what happens to him. Highly recommended !!!
