Lending Thai cinema the same potency that Kar Wai or John Woo lent Hong Kong cinema, a few sequences in particular stand out (a sped up chase through back allies, a Hong Kong subway hit) thanks to the ferocious and inventive editing - but the disparate story threads dont quite dovetail.
