Review of Bad Samaritan (2018) by Ashley L — 03 May 2018

I am an avid movie goer and this movie was definitely fun. Who doesn't love David Tennant as a villain?! I'm not sure if that gives David a slight complex knowing that he has wonderful villain qualities, but know us fans appreciate that! Robert Sheehan and Carlito Olivero were excellent in this.

I felt Robert Sheehan was able to convey his character's angst and Carlito Olivero was able to portray the conflict his character had to deal with. Granted a little more of a back story would have been great, the fact that Dean Devlin was able to produce, direct and distribute this without a large movie company is amazing! He did not make this movie with the intentions of being the next big thing, he made it for us fans and that's what is important.

It is so easy to knock anyone down and focus on negative things. When you take time to see the effort and passion people like Dean Devlin have to think of the fans and not the box office - it's like how can you not love this movie.

With that said, don't rely on mine or anyone else's opinion. Go see it for yourself and develop your own. If it's not for you, no harm no foul, you still walked away with an independent thought and if you enjoyed this movie, AWESOME! :).
