I was brought up on Westerns and have seen plenty. This movie is not, by far, as bad as it's reputation. Yes, the characters are rough cut as in any Eastwood/Leone western. Yes, the story is a bit simple and uses the traditional clichees, just like so many other great western movies.
Bad Girls is a Western made from a female point of view, and as such, really isn't bad at all. The acting is good, the characters are lovable and the story, even with the sappy ending, is believable.
Watch it with out the prejudice and let yourself be entertained...
