Review of Bachelorette (2012) by Lisbeth S — 04 Oct 2012
Honestly, I found it really difficult to get like these characters.
Most of the time all they do is bitch, moan and complain about how insecure and depressed they are.
Even with their own baggage with you're supposed to sympathize with their remedies sadly include drinking and drugs.
Like why can't these women just suck it up and grow up like adults?
It's trying to be like Bridesmaids but director Leslye Headland needs to make better people we care about and root for and not make every single line of dialogue sound sparse.
I like the actors but that's far from making this film a masterpiece.
There really comes a point where you get sick of the immaturity of these women.
There are minimal laughs I'll admit but it's not worth sitting through the rest of this movie.
