Review of Awakenings (1990) by Betty W — 29 May 2008
I'm already a big fan of movies that take place in institutions, which is an odd niche to have. So when I saw this movie for the first time about a year ago I gasped at finding out that I had never heard of it.
It's a very sad, but extremely intellegent movie that speaks wonders on the human condition and life.
I guess I just love the idea of various characters with dozens of back stories.
+ I love Robin Williams.
