Review of Awakenings (1990) by Kathy K — 19 May 2009
I love the relationship b/t Robin Williams & Robert DeNiro as doctor and patient. DeNiro was masterful in his character arc moving from a catatonic-state to rediscovering his life & back to the realization that he'll soon be catatonic again.
Remarkable movie based on a true story--really sad but true.
