Touching, sympathetic and emotional. Directed and produced by Penny Marshall, Awakenings stars Robert de Niro and Robie Williams, providing us with a great performance which makes you feel as if you are in their shoes.
A mixture of comedy and sadness which teaches you the value of healthiness, something we take for granted till we lose it. Involving love and recognizing the importance of simple things, this director knows exactly how to mix music to make the story even more moving.
