I love sci-fi and this movie was a sci-fi love letter, yes there were many things borrowed from others of the genre, but when there done better from the source material does it really matter, this movie nails everything, from the scope to the atmosphere, to the love story and your connection to the world and its characters.
while this movie is playing I feel like I am part of the world that James Cameron has created, a beautifully created and stunning visual world, simply put this is one of the best sci-fi movies ever made and a true treat for the senses, absolutely amazing.
