This truly unnerving Japanese horror masterpiece left me glued from beginning till end. One part incredibly effective psychological thriller, another...one of the most twisted films you are likely to ever stumble across.
This movie IS NOT for the faint of heart. I absolutely love horror movies, and I even had to turn away a few times. Anyone looking for a pointless gorefest will be sorely disappointed, this is a slow, tension mounting, build-up kind of a movie.
I can see some people loving this movie, and others hating it, but it will certainly stick with you...I guarantee that.
