Ok so I have to be honest, I (with out seeing it) originally hated this movie. I grew up with the anime, and I had horrible thoughts about this movie. Now that iv'e actually seen it, I must admit it wasn't so bad.
My son (3 years old) loves it and I have to say the story isn't as bad as I thought. The animation is wonderful the movie has a few funny parts and it's all around quite entertaining. However you do have to listen to Nick Cage's voice but besides that it's not bad.
Great film for the whole family!
