Review of Arsenic and Old Lace (1944) by Christopher S — 25 Nov 2008
A film ahead of its time. It made death funny. The two kooky aunts were amazing but it was Peter Lorre as the scared as hell doctor and Raymond Massey as Jonathan that stole the scene since they were the only two who weren't in the comedic scenes.
Good pacing by Capra and a solid performance by Cary Grant.
