Review of Arrival (2016) by Jennifer T — 06 Jul 2017

I'm not much of a fan of sci-fi/alien fare but this movie blew me away. I haven't stopped thinking about it since I watched it (yesterday) and I am eager to watch it again. The acting, the score, the visuals - everything is perfection.

It is certainly not action-packed or thrilling in the traditional sense of the word, but if you really pay attention to it, you will be left feeling awestruck and genuinely moved.
