Armageddon is one of the best films of Michael Bay and in the career of Bruce Willis. In the film, American pathos is present in almost every moment, logic in what is happening is sometimes absent at all.
Only a good cast and picture saves from this, especially for 1998. Of course, it was not without "cranberries" about the Russians and a happy ending with the self-sacrifice of the main character.
Everything was like Hollywood loved in the 90s. But Armageddon is a good movie and arguably the best of Michael Bay's career.
