I have great admiration for both Bryan Singer and Ian McKellen, but this film was very bad. The character of Todd was performed as unbelievable and overtly obnoxious (which put me off as a viewer), which tainted the other performances--and the film in general.
The film also teetered on the edge of being disrespectful towards Holocaust victims.
