They had the costumes, scenery, and set designs down pat, but it's a shame that they left a disjointed, clumsy story in the wake. Loved Ed Harris and Viggo Mortensen - perfectly cast! But Renée Zellweger's character just came across as.
. off, and "overacting" was the word of the day when it came to Jeremy Irons. Clearly the directors knew what they were doing here, but the script writers.. not so much.
