This review will be short and sweet...It's basically the Wicker Man without Nic Cage. Motivations are a little out of whack, but Evans does a great job creating atmosphere. Unnecessary gore, though.
If you're an Eli Roth fan, check it out. If you're a Monsters fan, skip it.
