Review of Anonymous (2011) by Stan G — 03 Apr 2012

Godzilla was a pretty bad movie but at least I managed to sit through that until the end. Roland Emmerich should stick to silly but enjoyable disaster movies like Independence Day and The Day After Tomorrow because this was a big mess.

The film doesn't flow, it's all over the place flirting back and forth in time and when it does stop for a breather it's slow and tedious, most of it not making much sense at all. This would have been much better as a subplot while Shakespeare fought off an alien invasion during an unexpected new ice age.
