A masterful film that plays off of VandeerMeer's original masterpiece. Annihilation will leave your mind swimming within the Shimmer and this film will haunt your mind for days, weeks, and months on end.
It's one of those films that is the same caliber as the Matrix or Minority Report. It leaves so much to the imagination. As a viewer you ultimately decide what the fate of the protagonist and humanity is as the Shimmer continues to expand and mutate the globe.
