Review of Anne of Green Gables (1985) by Curtis L — 21 May 2008
This movie and its sequel are fabulous. Megan Follows is one of the finest actresses I have ever seen, and her portrayal of Anne (with an E) Shirley is magnificent. The musical score by Hagood Hardy really touches your emotions as well.
Every time these movies are shown during the PBS telethons, my wife and I will watch... even though we already own them on DVD. Well done, Kevin Sullivan!
