I love, LOVE this movie adaptation of "Anne of Green Gables." It is such an enjoyable story...pulling at the heartstrings one moment, and making me laugh the next. Part of the strength lies within the excellent casting of the characters, all of whom give fabulous performances as in their respective roles.
Also, it is a joy to see the beautiful backdrop of Prince Edward Island.
